HOUSE BILL 1420
AN ACT relative to the calculation of child support.

This bill provides that upon the termination of support for one child, the amount of the child support obligation for the remaining children shall be stated in the order.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to the calculation of child support.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Child Support Formula; Adjustment of Child Support Obligation. Amend RSA 458-C:3 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. If a child support order provides for more than one child, upon the termination of support for one of the children, the amount of the support obligation for the remaining children shall be stated in the order.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
