STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to exemptions from sewage disposal systems approval.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Sewage Disposal Systems; Exemptions. Amend RSA 485-A:33 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV. No plans and specifications shall be required whenever an owner transfers title to land and retains title to buildings thereon for the sole purpose of financing or refinancing. If any new building or change or expansion of an existing use is contemplated on the exchanged land the exemption in this paragraph shall not apply.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
