AN ACT relative to the expiration dates of certain committees.

ANALYSIS

This bill exempts the local river management advisory committees, the rivers management advisory committee, the New Hampshire lakes management and protection program, including the lakes management advisory committee, and the oil fund disbursement board from the expiration dates under 2009, 144:87.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to the expiration dates of certain committees.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Boards, Commissions, Councils; Expiration Dates. Amend 2009, 144:87, I(b) to read as follows:

(b) The McAuliffe-Shepard discovery center commission [and], the Connecticut River Valley resource commission, the rivers management advisory committee established under RSA 483:8, the local river management advisory committees established under RSA 483:8-a, the New Hampshire lakes management and protection program, including the lakes management advisory committee under RSA 483-A, and the oil fund disbursement board established under RSA 146-D:4 shall be exempt from the provisions of subparagraph (a).

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
