STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to rulemaking authority of the state treasurer regarding the New Hampshire excellence in higher education endowment trust fund and the college tuition savings plan.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Hampshire Excellence in Higher Education Endowment Trust Fund; Rulemaking. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 6:40 to read as follows:
6:40 Rulemaking. The state treasurer, in consultation with the commission, shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
2 College Tuition Savings Plan; Rulemaking. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 195-H:3 to read as possible:
195-H:3 Rulemaking. The state treasurer, in consultation with the commission, shall adopt rules relative to:
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
