STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten

AN ACT relative to the annual rate of interest on judgments.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Rate of Interest; Judgments. RSA 336:1, II is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

II. The annual rate of interest on judgments shall be 10 percent calculated from the date the event which resulted in such judgment occurred; and after the rendering of such judgment shall be 10 percent of the judgment, including verdict, costs, and interest, as allowed by the court, until paid in full.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2011.
