AN ACT relative to the salaries of certain unclassified positions.

COMMITTEE: Executive Departments and Administration
This bill establishes the salary for the positions of director of community corrections, director of security and training, and the professional standards director in the department of corrections. This bill also upgrades the positions of chief executive officer, chief pharmacist, and certain pharmacists of the New Hampshire hospital, department of health and human services.
This bill is a request of the joint committee on employee classification established under RSA 14:14-c.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Compensation of Certain State Officials; Salaries Established. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting the following position:
GG Department of corrections director of community corrections
2 Compensation of Certain State Officers; Salaries Established. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting the following position:
GG Department of corrections director of security and training
3 Compensation of Certain State Officials; Salaries Established. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting the following position:
FF Department of corrections professional standards director

AN ACT establishing the salary for the position of director of community corrections in the department of corrections.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Legislative Budget Assistant has determined that this legislation has a total fiscal impact of less than $10,000 in each of the fiscal years 2010 through 2014.
