In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT extending the repeal date of the state park system advisory council.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 State Park System Advisory Council; Repeal Date Extended. Amend 2007, 359:5 to read as follows:
359:5 Repeal. Section 4 of this act is repealed effective June 30, [2010] 2020.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
