AN ACT relative to walking disability number plates.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to walking disability number plates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Walking Disability Number Plates. Amend RSA 261:88, II-a to read as follows:
II-a. A person with a walking disability may receive separate special number plates for each [motorcycle] motor vehicle owned by the person.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
