This bill eliminates the prospective repeal of provisions establishing speed limits on Lake Winnipesaukee and requiring the reporting of vessel operation violations to the division of motor vehicles for inclusion in the convicted person’s driving record.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Ten
AN ACT relative to speed limits on Lake Winnipesaukee and reporting vessel operation violations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2008, 331:2, relative to repealing speed limits on Lake Winnipesaukee and mandatory reporting of vessel operation violations, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
