AN ACT relative to public or private criticism of employers by employees.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to public or private criticism of employers by employees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subdivision; Criticism of Employer. Amend RSA 275 by inserting after section 56 the following new subdivision:
275:56-a Criticism of Employer. No criticism of an employer by an employee, whether public or private, shall be grounds for termination of employment.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
