STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT setting the natural high water mark of Ossipee Lake.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; State Water Jurisdiction; Natural High Water Mark of Ossipee Lake. Amend RSA 271:20 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. For purposes of state water jurisdiction, the natural high water mark of Ossipee Lake is hereby set at 406 feet above sea level.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
