STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT repealing the authority for the establishment of certain revolving funds by towns.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Lapse of Revolving Funds. Any money in the revolving funds established under RSA 31:95-h on the effective date of this act shall lapse to the town’s general surplus fund.

2 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 31:95-h, relative to revolving funds.

II. RSA 53-F:3, II, relative to revolving funds for clean energy districts.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
