STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT designating purple as the official state color.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; State Emblems; State Color. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 26 the following new section:
3:27 State Color. Purple is hereby designated as the official state color of New Hampshire.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
