STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to the placement of crosswalks and a stop sign in the town of Rye.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Crosswalks and Stop Sign Required.

I. The commissioner of transportation shall make improvements to N.H. route 1A at 753 Ocean Blvd. in the town of Rye including, but not limited to, the installation of a crosswalk and a stop sign.

II. The commissioner of transportation shall make improvements to N.H. route 1A at 755 Ocean Blvd. in the town of Rye including, but not limited to, the installation of a crosswalk.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
