STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT prohibiting public works projects and natural formations from being named in honor of any living elected official.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Naming of Certain Buildings and Formations. Amend RSA 4:43 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV. No public works projects or natural formations under the control of the state shall be named in honor of any living elected official.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
