SENATE BILL 66
AN ACT relative to nonresident tuition for motorcycle rider education.

This bill requires the director of the division of motor vehicles to adopt rules relative to nonresident tuition for motorcycle rider education.
This bill was requested by the department of safety.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT relative to nonresident tuition for motorcycle rider education.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Motorcycle Rider Education Program; Rulemaking. Amend RSA 263:34-c by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XII. Tuition charged to nonresidents.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
