STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT naming a bay in the town of Meredith Johnson Bay.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

29:1 Johnson Bay. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bay that is north of Stonedam Island in Lake Winnipesaukee in the town of Meredith, between 43 degrees, 37 minutes and 43 degrees, 39 minutes latitude and between 71 degrees, 25 minutes and 71 degrees, 27 minutes longitude is hereby named Johnson Bay. Appropriate signage may be placed at the site.

29:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state.

29:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
