STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT repealing the prohibition on the sale, gift, or display of certain young birds and rabbits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 437:15, relative to the sale, gift, or display of certain young birds and rabbits, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
