STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT relative to continuing education for licensed electricians.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Electricians’ Board; Rulemaking; Continuing Education; NFPA 70. Pursuant to its rulemaking authority in RSA 319-C:6-a, IV, the electricians board shall adopt continuing education rules applicable to all license renewals for training and compliance with the latest version of NFPA-70, National Electrical Code, published by the National Fire Protection Association, provided that each licensee shall have a minimum of 12 months from the date of publication of NFPA 70 to show proof of completion of the required continuing education.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
