STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT designating the Thompson/Center Contender pistol as the official state firearm of New Hampshire.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; State Firearm. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 26 the following new section:
3:27 State Firearm. The Thompson/Center Contender pistol is hereby designated as the official state firearm of New Hampshire.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
