AN ACT relative to records of the legislative ethics committee.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to records of the legislative ethics committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Legislative Ethics Committee; Records; Publication. Amend RSA 14-B by inserting after section 6 the following new section:
14-B:6-a Publication of Records. All records required to be filed or placed on file with the secretary of state under the provisions of this chapter, or the rules or guidelines adopted in accordance with RSA 14-B:5, if otherwise available to the public, shall be made available on the website maintained by the committee, in a timely manner.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
