STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT relative to historic district commission regulations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Historic District Commission; Archaeological Deposit Regulations. Amend RSA 674:46-a by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

II-a. On or before December 31, 2013, the historic district commission shall adopt regulations, in the manner provided in RSA 675:6, to provide a process for the protection and preservation of subsurface archaeological deposits discovered within the district.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
