STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT naming a bridge in Woodstock, New Hampshire the Hilliard Family Bridge.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
19:1 Bridge Named the Hilliard Family Bridge. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the bridge crossing the Pemigewasset River in the town of Woodstock, New Hampshire, being designated as bridge number 197/085 in the state bridge inventory shall be named the Hilliard Family Bridge. Appropriate signage or markers may be placed at the site.
19:2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers authorized under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers authorized under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
19:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
