STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT eliminating limitations on sales by nano breweries for consumption on the premises.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 178:12-a, III(e), relative to the serving size limitation on sales for consumption on brewery premises, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
