STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to resurfacing a portion of East Conway Road and making an appropriation therefor.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Transportation; Resurfacing of East Conway Road. The department of transportation shall resurface where necessary, and rebuild where necessary East Conway Road in the town of Conway, New Hampshire beginning at the intersection of East Conway Road and Beach Road and continuing on East Conway Road for 20,000 feet to the New Hampshire-Maine border.
2 Appropriation. The sum of $2,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 is hereby appropriated to the department of transportation for the purpose of resurfacing and rebuilding East Conway Road in Conway pursuant to section 1 of this act. Such appropriation shall be a charge against the highway fund.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.

HB 340 FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT relative to resurfacing a portion of East Conway Road and making an appropriation therefor.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Department of Transportation states this bill, as introduced, will increase state highway fund expenditures by $2,900,000 in FY 2014. There will be no impact on state revenues, or county and local revenues and expenditures.
This bill appropriates $2,500,000 from the state highway fund to the Department of Transportation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 for the purpose of this act.
METHODOLOGY:
The Department of Transportation states under this bill it is required to resurface and rebuild, where necessary, a specific section of East Conway Road in the Town of Conway. The Department estimates the following costs for the work required to be performed by this bill:
