STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to the rulemaking authority of and administrative fine authority for the department of resources and economic development.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2010, 230:10-12, relative to repealing administrative fines; and rulemaking authority by the department of resources and economic development, are repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect June 27, 2013.
