STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to production of a Civil War commemorative bottle by the state liquor commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Historical Fund; Civil War Commemorative Bottle. Amend RSA 177:8 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. The commission is directed to contract for the manufacture and purchase of Civil War commemorative bottles pursuant to its authority under paragraph I. The joint legislative historical committee shall use the revenue from the special markups on such bottles exclusively for the preservation of Civil War battle flags displayed at the state house.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
