STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT making technical corrections to the International Registration Plan.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

126:1 International Registration Plan; Definitions. Amend RSA 260:75, article II, paragraphs LL and MM to read as follows:

LL. [“Repository”] “Reciprocity” means the reciprocal grant by one jurisdiction of operating rights or privileges to properly registered vehicles registered by another jurisdiction, especially but not exclusively including privileges generally conferred by vehicle registration.

MM. “[Repository] Reciprocity agreement” means an agreement, arrangement, or understanding between 2 or more jurisdictions under which each of the participating jurisdictions grants reciprocal rights or privileges to properly registered vehicles that are registered under the laws of other participating jurisdictions.

126:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
