STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to plumbers and mechanical contractors on state boards.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

64:1 State Building Code Review Board; Members. Amend RSA 155-A:10, I(m) to read as follows:

(m) One mechanical contractor, primarily engaged in the business of mechanical construction, nominated by the [New Hampshire Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association] Plumbers, Fuel Gas Fitters, and HVAC Association of New Hampshire.

64:2 Repeal. RSA 153:16-c, III(g), relative to the representative of the New Hampshire Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association on the advisory committee on heating system certification, is repealed.

64:3 Applicability. Section 2 of this act shall not apply to the representative of the New Hampshire Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association serving on the advisory committee on heating system certification on the effective date of this act. Section 2 shall apply upon the expiration of such member’s current term of office.

64:4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
