STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to funds for chartered public school facilities and making an appropriation therefor.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Appropriation; Chartered Public Schools. The sum of $600,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2015 is hereby appropriated to the department of education for the maintenance and repairs of facilities for chartered public schools. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014.

HB 1394-FN-A - FISCAL NOTE

AN ACT relative to funds for chartered public school facilities and making an appropriation therefor.

FISCAL IMPACT:

    The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill, as introduced, will increase state general fund expenditures by $600,000 in FY 2015. There will be no impact on state revenues, or county and local revenues and expenditures.

    This bill appropriates $600,000 from the state general fund to the Department of Education for the biennium ending June 30, 2015, for the purposes of this act.

METHODOLOGY:

    The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill appropriates $600,000 in general funds for the biennium ending June 30, 2015 to the Department of Education for the maintenance and repair of facilities for chartered public schools.
