STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT requiring the department of health and human services to perform an audit of billing practices under the Medicaid managed care program.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Health and Human Services; Medicaid Managed Care Program. The department of health and human services shall conduct an audit of billing practices under the Medicaid managed care program, established under RSA 126-A:5, XIX. The department shall make a report of its findings to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the governor, and the chairpersons of the house and senate committees having jurisdiction over health and human services issues on or before November 1, 2014.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
