STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to eligibility for the state extraordinary service award program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Extraordinary Service Award Standard. Amend RSA 99-E:6, I(b) to read as follows:

(b) Within the scope of an employee’s regular job responsibilities or functions and involved the demonstration of abilities or efforts greatly above and beyond any standard of performance expected of the employee, and which may include the promotion of activities that provide continuous process improvement.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
