SENATE BILL 233
AN ACT relative to property tax exemption for the Southwestern New Hampshire District Fire Mutual Aid system.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to property tax exemption for the Southwestern New Hampshire District Fire Mutual Aid system.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Property Tax Exemption; Southwestern New Hampshire District Fire Mutual Aid; Keene. The real property owned by the Southwestern New Hampshire District Fire Mutual Aid system in the city of Keene when used for the purposes of a district fire mutual aid system under RSA 154:24-30 shall be exempt from property taxation under RSA 72.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
