STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to local land use board hearing notice to condominium owners.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Condominium Officers. Amend RSA 356-B:40, IV to read as follows:
IV. For the purpose of receipt of notification by a municipality of a local land use board hearing, the officers shall be responsible for serving as agents of the unit owners’ association. Within 3 days of receiving notification of a local land use board hearing, the officers shall post copies of the notification in common areas and shall notify each owner of the hearing by electronic mail or a reasonably equivalent form of individualized communication.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
