STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT extending the effective date for integrated land development permits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Integrated Land Development Permit; Effective Date. Amend 2013, 270:7, I to read as follows:
I. Sections 1, 5, and 6 of this act shall take effect [January 1, 2015] July 1, 2017.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
