STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to the sale of wines from Argentina.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Sales of Wines Produced in Argentina. Amend RSA 176 by inserting after section 13 the following new section:
176:13-a Delisting of Wine Products from Argentina. Pursuant to its delisting authority under RSA 176:13, I, the commission may delist as a product for sale in the state any wines produced in the country of Argentina until the government of Argentina has satisfied outstanding judgments obtained against it in United States District Court cases 1:00-cv-02189 and 1:00-cv-06703 and satisfactory proof of such has been provided to the commission. Delisting under this section shall not be construed as contrary to the commission’s duty to optimize the profitability of the commission under RSA 176:3, I.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
