AN ACT relative to information required on electric utility bills.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to information required on electric utility bills.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Electric Utility Restructuring; Implementation; Billing Information Required. Amend RSA 374-F:4 by inserting after paragraph VIII-a the following new paragraph:

VIII-b. Any electric utility that includes a system benefits charge on a bill to a customer shall include, as a footnote on such bill, an explanation of what the charge is and how it is distributed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
