STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to walking disability placards.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Walking Disability Defined. Amend RSA 261:88, I(c)(6) to read as follows:

(6) Is severely limited in the ability to walk due to an arthritic, neurological, orthopedic, or other medically debilitating condition; or

(7) Is limited in the ability to walk because the person is in the third trimester of a pregnancy or has given birth within the past month.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
