AN ACT relative to processing applications for the therapeutic use of cannabis.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to processing applications for the therapeutic use of cannabis.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Use of Cannabis for Therapeutic Purposes; Registry Identification Cards. The department of health and human services shall begin processing applications for registry identification cards, as required under RSA 126-X:4, no later than July 25, 2015.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
