AN ACT relative to exclusions from seasonal highway weight limit regulations.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to exclusions from seasonal highway weight limit regulations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
61:1 New Paragraph; Exclusion From Seasonal Highway Weight Limit; Sap for Maple Syrup. Amend RSA 236:3-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. Trucks carrying sap for maple syrup production.
61:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2016.
