STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to external review under the managed care law.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
64:1 Managed Care Law; External Review; Marketplace Premium Assistance Program. Amend RSA 420-J:5-a, II(a) to read as follows:
(a) Health care services provided through Medicaid, the state Children’s Health Insurance Program (Title XXI of the Social Security Act), Medicare or services provided under these programs but through a contracted health carrier, except where those services are provided through private insurance coverage pursuant to the marketplace premium assistance program under RSA 126-A:5, XXV in which case all provisions of this chapter shall apply.
64:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
