AN ACT relative to the energy efficiency implementation plan.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to the energy efficiency implementation plan.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Energy Efficiency Implementation Plan. Amend 2014, 267:2 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

III. In developing the energy efficiency implementation plan, the office of energy and planning shall consider the following:

(a) Desired rate of achieving all cost-effective energy efficiency.

(b) The possible sources of funding including loan guarantees.

(c) Possible impacts on the economy as a result of implementing energy efficiency programs.

(d) The need for stability of state energy efficiency policy over time in order to achieve the objectives of the plan, as well as how to obtain such stability.

(e) The rate at which a competent cadre of workers can be trained in order to implement energy efficiency programs.

(f) Ways to obtain public awareness and support for energy efficiency programs.

(g) Optimal organizational options for achieving energy efficiency goals.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
