STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to disbursements of school building aid grant payments.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; School Building Aid; Amount of Grant. Amend RSA 198:15-b, I(a)(2) by inserting after subparagraph (E) the following new subparagraph:

(F) Upon request of the school district, cooperative school district, city, or chartered public school, the department of education shall disburse the grant amount in equal installments over a period of time not to exceed 20 years.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
