STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to the 14-month registration of off highway recreational vehicles.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

2:1 Off Highway Recreational Vehicles; Registrations; 14-Month. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 215-A:21, X to read as follows:

X. The executive director shall issue to a person applying therefor a 14-month registration to include the months of May and June for [an initial] a registration of an OHRV under RSA 215-A:23, provided that the prorated [initial] registration fee and the appropriation from each fee shall be as follows:

2:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
