This bill authorizes the insurance commissioner to adopt rules under RSA 541-A for the purposes of the law governing market conduct record retention and production.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to rulemaking for market conduct record retention and production.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

91:1 New Section; Market Conduct Record Retention and Production; Rulemaking Added. Amend RSA 400-B by inserting after section 12 the following new section:

400-B:13 Rulemaking. The commissioner may adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, as necessary for the purposes of this chapter.

91:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
