STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT making an appropriation to the New Hampshire state house bicentennial education and commemoration fund.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Hampshire State House Bicentennial Commission; Appropriation to the New Hampshire State House Bicentennial Education and Commemoration Fund. The sum of $1 is hereby appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 2017, to the New Hampshire state house bicentennial education and commemoration fund established in RSA 17-R:3. The governor is authorized to a draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.

HB 631-FN-A - FISCAL NOTE
AN ACT making an appropriation to the New Hampshire state house bicentennial education and commemoration fund.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill, as introduced, will increase state general fund expenditures by $1 in FY 2016. There will be no impact on county and local expenditures, or state, county, and local revenue.
This bill appropriates $1 from the state general fund for the biennium ending June 30, 2017 to the New Hampshire State House Bicentennial Education and Commemoration Fund.
METHODOLOGY:
The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill appropriates $1 to the New Hampshire State House Bicentennial Education and Commemoration Fund for the FY biennium ending June 30, 2017. This bill is effective July 1, 2015 (FY 2016).
