AN ACT relative to the disposition of dedicated funds.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to the disposition of dedicated funds.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; State Treasurer; Application of Receipts; Expenditure of Dedicated Funds. Amend RSA 6:12 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

II-a. No expenditure or transfer of moneys from a dedicated fund or account identified in subparagraph I(b) shall be made in a manner contrary to the statutory purpose of the fund or account without the approval of 2/3 of each house of the general court.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
