AN ACT relative to duplicate vessel registration certificates.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to duplicate vessel registration certificates.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
212:1 New Paragraph; Vessel Registration Fees; Duplicate. Amend RSA 270-E:5 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. A person may obtain a duplicate vessel registration certificate for his or her vessel upon application to the department and payment of a $15 fee.
212:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
