STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to the application of zoning ordinances to home-based businesses.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Paragraph; Zoning Power; Home-Based Business. Amend RSA 674:16 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
\t\tVI. In its exercise of the powers granted under this subdivision, the local legislative body of a city, town, or county in which there are located unincorporated towns or unorganized places may designate areas for residential use only, provided that residential use shall include any home-based business with gross business receipts, as defined in RSA 77-E:1, X, of $200,000 or less.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
