STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\textending the New Hampshire health care quality assurance commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Extending The New Hampshire Health Care Quality Assurance Commission. Amend 2005, 157:4, I as amended by 2010, 98:3 and 2015, 276:256 to read as follows:
\t\tI. Section 3 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2016] 2021.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
